Have you experienced how positive thinking men and women bear themselves? They go around with such a bearing and such an aura, you are not able to fail to recognize them and conclude that they use their mind power to gain a positive attitude. They have such self-assurance that they can take care of whatever, you cannot help but gravitate towards them. Believing that you can complete a project is constructive thinking. Visualizing, using your mind power, that you already have the achievements in hand can really help you complete any project. Dwelling on your pessimistic beliefs and traits will only take you downwards whereas using the power of your mind for positive thinking will always result in personal growth…

During an interview ff you think you’re inadequate, that you don’t have the skills or the experience to do the job. Result? During the interview, you don’t do eye contact with whoever is interviewing you, this breeds mistrust, mistrust means no job

One leader is constantly thinking of the undesirable and stating for some reason that their team will not make a profitable presentation. The other, with a positive attitude, is constantly encouraging his team to constantly see the big overview and be positive that they will acquire success from their presentation. The team members of the former team would undoubtedly be considering they do not have what it takes to fully carry out the undertaking and realize success. The associates of the latter team will be all huge smiles, full of energy, usually thinking about the tasks that they have accomplished in the day.

The group using positive thinking were considering great feasible things, they knew they surely would get the accolades. The former group shows that your friends, your family, your team mates, all of them will absorb whatsoever ever dark ideas you have and will eventually affect their outlook in everyday living.

In order to get the achievements that you want, use your mind power and positive thinking to gain self improvement turning your positive thoughts into actions. Curb all undesirable thought processes and with mind power always see a successful result never an unsuccessful one.

Positive thinking should not only be carried out during an exercise you should use your mind power to view everything you do with it. Many powerful businessmen have relationship difficulties simply because their mind power and self-improvement did not involve their private lives, to be really successful your mind set must involve every part of your life not just your career..

If you don’t know how to get started, there are countless self-help solutions available both offline and online. Read about the achievement stories of other successful people and how they developed their positive attitude.

Remember the problems your have today will invariably be a distant almost forgotten memory in twelve months time, just as the problems of twelve months ago have faded with the passing of time. Go out with a smile, a positive attitude and look forward to a day full of opportunities for accomplishment and triumph. Use your mind power to develop a positive attitude that will lead you to personal growth and self-improvement.

Do you consider that you are second-rate and will not be accepted for what you are?

Do you have anxiety attacks when faced with new or unfamiliar situations?

This is a strong indication that your self confidence is low and you could be troubled from low self-esteem. The answer is in your hands as the best cure for this is self help, here’s how you can build self esteem?

Accept and recognize who you are, stop comparing apples and pears. Building self esteem is easy when you increase confidence in yourself by recognising all the good you are doing even though possibly to date you have not recognised it. Anxiety attacks will quickly start to disappear with your new found self confidence. Don’t put yourself down, stop putting failure tags on your forehead the greatest self help is inside your mind.

Another way to build self esteem is to stop being an island. Everybody has faults, no one person is perfect so you are just the same as everyone else reach out to them with the hand of friendship suddenly your low self esteem will be forgotten.

Self help and self development includes making time for you. Out of millions one sperm contained everything about you, from the colour of your eyes and hair to the texture of your skin, that sperm proved you are a winner. Face your mirror every day saying that you are a winner and you will quickly discover a new sense of self development and self confidence.

If you really want to get rid of your low self-esteem then you have to get rid of destructive addictions in your life. You are not just sabotaging your health you are sabotaging your self confidence and self esteem. Building self esteem involves looking at the whole you and removing negative features replacing them with positive benefits. Give yourself small rewards for every negative thing you replace with a positive no matter how small it is the best way to increase your self esteem and self confidence.

Vital lesson – learn to accept compliments it is not only good for your self esteem but also for the self esteem of the giver who feels good by thanking you. Don’t be ingratiating but accept compliments as they are given and store them up in your mind feeding your self confidence and self esteem. The greatest self help tool available to you is in the printed word. Reading self help books will motivate you to accept the truth about yourself in that you are a worthy person and have many achievements in your inner mind to draw on whenever they are needed to give you a lift. Increase confidence by reading biographies of some of the greats a collection of these books can be found free of charge below this article.

Accept it as a learning curve. Building self esteem and self confidence is done by doing something today to make tomorrow better. Start small with modest tasks for those around you, make yourself worthwhile to others, as you do your self esteem and self confidence will magnify and it is all through you exercising self help to defeat your anxiety attacks determine that no more will you suffer from low self esteem, you will never be pompous of self inflated but you will be able to say;

I am useful; I am true; I am somebody; I am as good as you.

All around the world there are men and women striving for self improvement without considering the obstacles they face. They have learned to use positive thinking and mind power as they strive for personal growth. They are totally single-minded in their pursuit of being the most acclaimed in their organisation.

When you strive against other people, you will be in what Bill Gates would express as a coach ride that has no way of stopping, no way of steering, and no way of realizing if someone is behind or beside you along the way. It’s a pretty hazardous and serious business. Visualize it, going full speed regardless of what you may potentially strike and you are asking for trouble.

It is an old fashioned argument that you should look at others who are more skillful to measure how far you have self -improvement has developed. You do not need to measure yourself against others for if you did it could mean that because they use positive thinking and you ar not skilled in that you are an underachiever, this is not the case.

No doubt you have found yourself in a position where despite your greatest efforts others appear to get all the credit. You may have even found yourself stooping to the level of bad mouthing them as lucky so and so’s. That is totally negative and will never aid your self improvement. You could find yourself concentrating so much on trying to catch out your co-workers that you neglect what you should be doing and fail to hit your set goals……….. Follow ME to find out How You Can Increase Your Self Improvement by using you Mind Power to create Positive Thinking and Personal Growth

In deciding to set a goal you must first understand what goal setting is and how the correct technique can impact on your life in very positive way.

Let us be clear all successful people set CLEAR, SPECIFIC GOALS and that is the foundation of goal setting whether you use the acronym SMART or any other it all boils down to this. Many people set vague or confused goals and wonder why they never come to fruition, in fact I would go as far as to say that unsuccessful people either do not set goals or they may set unspecific goals…. “I want to be happy”….”I want to be rich”.

Some people find that an acronym helps them when setting goals, the most famous is SMART which stands for Specific; Measurable; Attainable; Realistic and Timely

So having established what SMART stands for can we use it as a foundation for successful goal setting and personal achievement?

While there is a great deal more to setting goals for personal achievement it can be a good place to start so that you avoid drifting through weak non specific dreasm. However no matter what acronym or whatever other tool you use always remember that a dream will always be a hallucination unless you take action.

Goal setting should not be done at the New Year, it can be done at anytime when you are willing to devote the nexessary time to write out your ambitions for your life.

I agree the acronym SMART is a useful foundation used by many but let us have a look at each part and ensure that you have a complet understanding of what is inloved and what can be achieved by using it…… Continue here please

O.K. Having established and accepted that it is your sub-conscious that is preventing you from making progress toward your life goals, is there something that you can do about it?

Fortunately there is, in a nutshell all you have to do is to bring your conscious and sub-conscious minds into harmony with positive thinking, that sounds easy doesn’t it?

Because the subconscious mind carries the instructions for all those tasks we do on autopilot it seems to be a difficult task to harmonize your two minds.

The way to change your ability to reach your goals is to actively bring your conscious and subconscious minds together. It probably is not the first time that you have wanted something only to feel yourself holding back. What causes this? Could it be the conflict between your inner and outer consciousness that is causing low self esteem?

What a lot of people fail to realise is that when you look for an answer through the Law of Attraction it does not just produce positive results. It is no magic bullet. The law of attraction will respond to your dominant thoughts and we have just discussed that more than likely your dominant thoughts today are based on all the negative input you have received since childhood, most of it telling you that you should accept your station in life and not try to break out of your comfort zone. So you need to sit down and think about your dominant thoughts for as the saying goes – ‘Be careful of what you think for you will surely get it’ Negative as well as Positive.

You have to be careful when you say the law of attraction does not work, remember it works when producing negative as well as positive results, it is not a magic bullet.

Effective time management and that of developing a strategy to achieve your goals is of paramount importance in personal development it also demonstrates that time management skills, goal strategy and goal setting are inseparable. The definition of management is really your ability to organize your life, manage your time, control events and people whereas mismanagement is the lack of control of a good time management system.

Your time management techniques are a major strategy. The ability to work smart and organize your life is effective time management and once developed you will control many things which you previously thought were beyond your control, emphasising the importance of time management.

Here we are mid way through January and I wonder how many of your New Year resolutions made with such conviction are still active, or have they faded by the wayside because of the day-to-day fires you have fought since the festive season came to a close.

To be fully committed to Goal Setting is a vital necessity for personal development and self-improvement. We pay such lip service to it and possibly even get around to thinking about what you want to achieve in your life during 2010 and beyond, but then like most years you get to the end of January and have forgotten what it was you were going to work toward

If only there were a way that you could set goals and stay motivated as time goes by to achieve them in the time frame you intended, how much better life would be.

You possibly know how good a feeling you get when you set out to achieve something and you are successful, that warm glow inside as you look back and feel proud of your accomplishment. Suppose you goal for 2010 was a new car, just feel the pleasure of opening the door for the first time and sliding onto the plush drivers seat. Turning the ignition key and feeling the power as the horsepower bursts into action in a low growl.

Tell me if your goal is a new car, when you take it home for the first time do you put it in the garage or leave it on your drive so the neighbours can see it?

A new book will lead you step by step through a great system of setting goals, it is called Goal Setting in 24 Hours, it is not written purely for new people to goal setting it is aimed at anyone who earnestly wants to achieve more in their lives both in business and social environments.

Here is the great thing it comes to you in immediate download form FREE OF CHARGE , the author David Dutch simply wants to help as many people as possible to achieve their life goals and has put a great deal of his personal development seminars into the work.

Go get it now HERE

You cannot ignore your self-limiting beliefs as they have been with you since childhood, as you grow older they drain your confidence and have a negative effect on your personal development. The early formation of self-limiting beliefs eventually leads to a negative self-image.

Your belief system can be likened to a gyroscope or compass that keeps you on a balanced course heading towards your goals. Self-limiting beliefs which form part of your belief system can present themselves in the form of “I cannot do that” which knocks your compass bearing as if your are in the Bermuda Triangle not knowing which way is North or indeed which way is up.

How many times have you found yourself facing a new situation and found that thought passing through your mind even before you have looked at all the facts or alternatives. It is human nature for this to happen – you are not alone.

It is a good exercise, in private, to write out the list of things that represent your self-limiting beliefs, for in doing so you can look at each one and see ways of changing them into positive strong beliefs. The boundaries that you set in your mind determine the level of success you reach. Your beliefs determine the quality of your life.

If I asked you ‘Could you increase your earning by more than 100% this year’, what is the first thought that leaps into your mind if it is “No” that is one of your self-limiting beliefs rising to the surface, because with this very reaction you are placing a limitation on your expectations.

If you cannot see yourself as succeeding in your career by promotion to new roles you are setting limitations on your career.

And the loop continues. Overtime you have implanted a complete set of limiting beliefs and boundaries in your mind. These limits and boundaries prohibit you from living the life of your dreams and diminish your chances to succeed.

Can you prevent self-limiting beliefs from ruining your life?
Can you replace self-limiting beliefs with a positive belief system?

Yes you can and you can find the way to do this here.
